DeKalb Tech Welcomes New U.S. Citizens

DeKalb Technical College held its 7th Annual Constitution Day & U.S. Citizenship celebration on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the Clarkston Conference Center.  Fifty-nine students from 25 different countries who completed the DeKalb Technical College’s free Citizenship classes were recognized as having become United States Citizens.

The Paul M. Starnes Center, another victim of the “Flood of 2009”

The recent rains in Georgia have claimed another victim.  The Paul M. Starnes Center was recently closed due to water damage from the continual rains.  Human Resources, Adult Education Classes and GED® Testing have been relocated to the Clarkston main campus at 495 N. Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston, GA 30021.
