DeKalb Tech Welcomes New U.S. Citizens

DeKalb Technical College held its 7th Annual Constitution Day & U.S. Citizenship celebration on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the Clarkston Conference Center.  Fifty-nine students from 25 different countries who completed the DeKalb Technical College’s free Citizenship classes were recognized as having become United States Citizens.
